We are launching our offering into the US market and we are looking for an absolute sales gun to ensure the success of this launch market

The Role – SDR (B2B Digital Agency)

Our Sales Development Representatives play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working closely with our BDM, generating interest, qualifying prospects and booking in demos.

We are looking for talented and competitive Sales Development Representative who thrives in a mid sales cycle environment. This role offers someone the chance to really develop their sales career supporting and learning from the sales team. When proven success to build a team of SDR’s is the next step


  • Working with pre Built prospect lists – calling to make introductions, looking to set up discovery meeting and demonstrations
  • Feedback and build own prospect lists based on previous successes
  • Utilise and build social network
  • Identify decision making capabilities very early on the call
  • Using email or SMS as other methods of contact
  • Skillfully build interest and create opportunities with new prospects
  • Exceed quota of qualified meetings moving to proposals


  • 1-3 years of Sales and Sales Development experience
  • B2B – IT Saas experience is essential
  • A fundamental understanding of the sales process (marketing, prospecting, cold calling, sales cycle)
  • Skilled in social selling
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate unique proposition of the product and obtain campaign objective
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior level executives
  • Excellent presentation skills both verbally and written
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Proficient in all MS Office Programmes particularly excel
