Nitrobots is our AI-driven bot platform offering clients the ability for the bots to message the prospects to further qualify ahead of handing off to human sales agents.

The Role – Client Services Manager

Your key role is to ensure the success of all our client’s campaigns within our recently developed AI bot platform.

This starts with a full understanding of our platform to communicate this within the discovery phase to the AI campaigns, matching client needs and expectations is a constant balancing position. Having a technical background in ad ops or ad tech will ensure the success of this role.


  • 1-3+ years Client Services (AdTech will be an advantage)
  • Experience within AdTech, MarTech,  Email delivery or data marketing
  • Numerate and analytical
  • Experience and knowledge of the Australian market with an existing contact network of industry leaders
  • Team player
  • Live within the internet environment


  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Proficient in all MS Office Programmes particularly excel
